The double-melt behavior, thermal stability of soild state condensation polymerization of PET and the crystallization, expansibility of PET bottle have been studied by DSC, TGA and TMA. 应用DSC、TGA和TMA研究了固相聚合PET树脂的双重熔融行为、热稳定性及瓶坯、包装瓶的结晶性能和膨胀性。
The results show that high-molecular weight PLA can be prepared by the direct melt condensation polymerization at suitable technological condition and the product has good biodegradability. 结果表明:采用适当的工艺能通过熔融缩聚法制备出高分子质量的聚乳酸,且具有良好的生物降解性能。
In this paper, the direct melt condensation polymerization condition for the polylactic acid ( PLA) had been discussed such as process, moisture content of raw material, catalyst, temperature and remain pressure. 研究了以乳酸单体为原料的直接熔融缩聚的工艺条件,包括工艺路线、原料含水率、催化剂种类、温度及余压对合成的影响。
